Today, after 30 years of criminal trial practice, Mark Weingart is a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.

Our other attorneys also present a solid record of achievement in Arizona DUI representation and defense. Several of our lawyers were instrumental in establishing the unreliability of the Intoxilyzer 5000 for providing accurate and meaningful blood alcohol content readings. As a result, nearly 1,500 breath tests were ruled inadmissible in court, so that the charges had to be dismissed. Now we're working on the challenges presented by the new device used in many Greater Phoenix communities, the Intoxilyzer 8000.
